- Can we cancel?
- On one month's notice, without a reason. A retainer that is hard to leave is a retainer that stops having to earn itself.
- Why not just do this in-house?
- Many businesses should, and the earlier engagements are designed to make that possible: the system is handed over with written instructions specifically so it can be run internally. This engagement exists for the period when nobody internally has the time to own it.
